With access to a vast number of schemes available on the market underwritten by major insurers such as Aviva, AXA, Allianz, Zurich and RSA, we deliver competitively priced comprehensive policies and can do this at very short notice where necessary.
Our clients’ needs vary and therefore so does our service. We provide insurance solutions for residential, commercial and industrial property clients.
We have a deliberate policy of employing professional qualified individuals who have a passion for customer service. This ensures that the whole process of providing quotations, document delivery and assistance with mid-term changes runs very smoothly.
As part of our offering, we provide a “hands on” claims service to assist all of our clients through the whole claims process from submitting the claim to insurers, to negotiating the value of settlement.
For larger claims, for a small additional premium, we provide our policyholders with a dedicated Chartered Loss Adjuster who can be on site within 24 hours of a loss occurring and who will work solely for the policyholder, not the insurer, to prepare and negotiate the claim to the policyholder’s advantage. This has the effect of speeding up the claim and ensures that the policyholder receives the maximum indemnity payable under the policy.
